This page is being updated. Stand bye!

Webmaster:
The webmasters are the grand masterminds behind the entire site and most of its content. The webmaster group consists of the site owner and usually a co-owner or co-webmaster.

Site Manager:
The site managers are responsible for all the actual game content on the site. They're also responsible for keeping tabs on all regular staffmembers (webmasters and managers not included), and their job is to co-ordinate all staffmembers to make sure something isn't being done by more than one person.

News Manager:
The news managers are the ones who are responsible for making sure the members of the site are up to date on all the latest/recent happenings of Square-Enix and anything else that's related. Their job is often one of research rather than practical use.

Media Manager:
The media managers are the ones responsible for making sure each game section is properly equipped with its own full screenshot, FMV, and music sections. Their job can sometimes be a tedious one, what with trying to find the highest-quality stuff available.

Design Manager:
The design managers are the ones responsible for creating, and sometimes maintaining, the site's awesome layout. They also deal with graphics, but their primary role is to see to it that every staffmember has what they need in the way of graphics. They can also assign graphic artists to smaller tasks.

Content Writer:
The content writers are the ones that write up what people actually go to the site to read. Their job is to make their sections as informative as possible, and not to confuse whoever's reading their section. Writing the content can sometimes be tedious. These people deserve a pat on the back!

Content Converter:
Not all the content writers hired by the site will not always know HTML and CSS, so it stands to reason there'd be a specialized team standing by, waiting to do the dirty work that some content writers cannot. Converting text to HTML and putting it into tables is always a tedious task, even with programs such as Dreamweaver!

Graphic Artist:
While a content writer may make an entire site by his/herself without any of the other positions, the actual site would not look "complete" without a Graphic Artist. They're the ones that make things pretty around the site, from the layout down to the game sections. They provide standardized (meaning, all the same) images to each section, so you don't end up with different sizes and different qualities for images in each section. Good job, guys!

News Reporter:
These are the minions of the news managers. Their job is almost exactly the same as the news manager, but they're not responsible for keeping track of anybody else -- only Square-Enix news!
