Not much has been revealed of the role this lively and impulsively arrogant Materia hunter from Wutai plays in DoC; we only know that she might be related to the mysterious cloaked figure featured in many of the screenshots and magazine scans we have seen up until now. This conclusion is mainly based on the fact that the person behind the clothing is armed with a four-cornered shuriken, much like the one Yuffie carries in both FFVII and FFVII: Advent Children.

In FFVII, Reeve was the one to discover the connection between Hojo and the Sister Ray, a huge cannon that, in theory, may have been the cause of Midgar's final destruction. As revealed already in FFVII, he is one of the main ShinRa executives and also the creator of Cait Sith. In DoC, he is the leader of the World Restoration Organization, or W.R.O, for short.

Recently announced in the J apanese V-Jump magazine, Rosso is described as a 'killing machine' that shows no mercy to her opponents. I'd say it is quite possible that she is connected to both Azul and Shelke; one might even think she is some sort of high-ranked elite soldier of the DGS-squad. In some scans, this girl is seen arrogantly gazing over some beat up soldiers, apparently having a conversation with Vincent.

This genius scientist is seen side-by-side with Reeve, most likely co-operating with him and his World Restoration Organization, or W.R.O. According to the featured article of the magazine scans from V-Jump, she has developed the weapon attached to her left arm on her own, and she never turns her back in the heat of battle. In some screenshots, she is seen pointing her gun at Vincent.

This girl might seem frail and weak at first, however, a lot of scans indicate that she is part of the Deep Ground Soldier-squad, which means she is used to battle. Wielding some sort of orange laser-whips, this girl should be one powerful enemy. She has been seen siding with Azul, and she is most likely helping him in his hunt for Vincent.

The ominous toysaurus of FFVII does not seem to be playing a role in DoC. H owever, the little cat himself has been present in various magazine scans and screenshots around the N et. Little is known about this mechanical cat and his role in the game, but for some reason, I have a feeling we might expect to see some Cait Sith-action in DoC.

This mysterious character has been seen many times in various scans, and one might suggest this most likely is Yuffie, however, we should refrain from jumping to any conclusions. The main hint is that the character seems to carry the same shuriken as Yuffie.
