Umaro, Gau, and Gogo do not have desperation attacks because they have no FIGHT commands. Basically when your HP is down and your character starts to show signs of fatigue, there is a 1/20 chance that the attack will come out. These desperation attacks are vastly powerful and often very worthy of eye candy. Enjoy!
