Fran is Balthier’s Viera partner and airship co-pilot. She has a strong perception of Mist. She has gone against the will of the Viera and abandoned the Wood for the busy cities of the rest of Ivalice. She is a master of weapons and is a loyal companion to Balthier and the party.
